Meet Chanel Purnell M.Ed - Owner and Visionary

Chanel is a certified teacher in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Chanel has over 10 years of experience as a Special Education and Elementary Teacher. Chanel has earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a Master’s degree In Special Education from Widener University. Chanel has experience with assessing learning and growth data, IEP writing and development, and constructing individual child and behavioral assessments that hone in on specific strategies that target student need and growth. Chanel is also Wilson trained.

Chanel has offered services through tutoring and enrichment since 2017. She has served students across the Tri-state area, DMV and into the Carolinas.
